Scientific Laboratory for Food Intolerance™

Located in Pierrefonds, Quebec, the Scientific Laboratory for Food Intolerance™ is the only one in Canada to offer and carry out ImuPro 300 multitests. The ImuPro 300 multitest remains the most complete and available screening for food intolerance to date. It tests 271 foods, colorants, condiments and additives.

The organization and structure of the laboratory make it possible for all Canadians or residents of Canada to benefit from its services under the best conditions and at short notice.

The team consists of high-calibre professionals, all aware of the importance of food intolerances and especially the benefits that can be reaped from the immunonutrition method.

Working successfully in the health and beauty sector for more than 10 years, Danièle Henkel quickly understood the impact of food intolerances on people’s physical and mental health. This encouraged her to create the Laboratory of which she is president today.

Christian Linard

Christian is a professor of clinical biochemistry at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières. His fields of interest concern the relationship between human and animal nutrition and disease. A Ph.D. in biochemistry, he manages the Scientific Laboratory for Food Intolerance™ with a rare expertise. His knowledge makes it possible to provide very reliable and extremely accurate results.

Mark is responsible for developing the Canadian marketplace whether with health care professionals or major corporations who wish to become wholesale consultants or distribution agent for the ImuPro Multitest.
