By Internet: You’ll find on the Medicard site a financing request form which you will be able to fill online.Your file will be treated within a 24-48 hours.

Step 2.
Medicard will advise the Scientitic Food Intolerance Laboratory of your agreement of financing.
The laboratory will immediately forward you your ImuPro Kit. -
Step 3.
The only thing remaining is to obtain a prescription from your doctor to perform the blood sample which you will send to the laboratory.

The Laboratory covers the cost of delivering the blood sample.
Insurance
Many insurance companies will reimburse the cost of the ImuPro multitest fully or partially, on condition that your doctor’s prescription specifies type III food allergy testing. Consult your doctor for more information.
